National’s NC-105 had a number of desirable features. The budget-priced receiver included a Q-multiplier, a product detector, a noise limiter, a built-in speaker, and AGC that worked on CW and SSB, as well as AM. The NC-105 tuned from .55–30 MHz in four bands.
