Originally made my Thomas Electronics.
An all solid-state, fast-scan/slow-scan television camera.
The camera features a built-in ac power supply and RF output on fast scan for viewing on a standard analog TV set. There is a provision for the addition of an audio sub-carrier module for home entertainment and recording of fast-scan signals on video tape.
Slow-scan output meets FCC standards with white at 2300 Hz, black at 1500 Hz and sync at 1200 Hz. Amplitude is adjustable, 0–3 volts p-p. Output impedance is 1000 ohms. The output spectrum also meets published Bell System tariffs for voice couplers.
The video output on fast-scan is 1.5 volts p-p. The RF output is 1.5 mV
p-p, adjustable for channels 2 through 6.
With this camera fast-scan video or RF may be monitored at the same time slow-scan is being televised
