The ST-203-A was intended primarily for AM mobile operation but could be used in a home station as well. The transmitter covered 10-11 meters. However, conversion kits were available for 75, 40, and 20. Input power to the 2E26 final was about 27 watts. Power for mobile use could be obtained from a vibrator supply or dynamotor (remember, this is 1948) or from an AC supply in a fixed station.
