The 1200X linear was the companion amplifier to Swan’s Cygnet 270B transceiver. It used four 6LQ6s in grounded-grid for 1200 watts PEP on SSB, 750 watts CW input, and 300 watts on AM. The 1200X covered 80–10 meters and had an internal 117 VAC power supply.
