The "Swan Twins."
Swan’s 600-R superheterodyne receiver.was the matching receiver for the 600-T transmitter. The 600-R and 600-T could be cabled together for transceiver operation, using either VFO.
Modes: SSB, CW, AM and FSK
Frequency Range: Full coverage of 10, 15, 20, 40 and 80 meters. Continuous coverage from 3 to 30 MHz may be provided with an external oscillator, either tunable or crystal controlled.
Sensitivity: 0.25 uV at 50 ohms for 10 db signal plus noise-to-noise ratio.
Selectivity: 2.7 kHz bandwidth with 1.7 shape factor is standard. Options include 0.5 kHz CW filter, 4 kHz AM filter, and SS-16 super selective filter.
Crystal Calibrator with 25 and 100 kc selection.
Hybrld Design: 7 tubes, 8 transistors, 12 diodes.
