The Triton I and II transceivers were fully solid-state, permeability tuned, and operated directly from 12 VDC. A 2.5 kHz crystal lattice filter in the 9 MHz IF provided SSB selectivity; a narrow audio filter could be switched in on CW. Other features included an SWR/Power meter, a 100 kHz calibrator, RIT, and full QSK. Power Input with the Triton I was 100 watts. The otherwise identical Triton ll's input power was 200 watts.
