After 1970, this was sold under the Barker & Williamson (B&W) label.
The Waters Model 334 Dummy Load/Wattmeter was identical to the instrument sold later by Barker & Williamson. Many Waters products reappeared with B & W’s name after they bought the Waters company. The 334 was a 52 ohm dummy load that worked up to 230 MHz. Its power meter had 10, 100, and 1000 watt scales. A warning lamp illuminated when the dummy load overheated.
