Warrant Officer Class II, Service Number: R/79102 Born 23 June 1921 Died 23 June 1943 (on his 22nd birthday) Buried Utrecht (Soestbergen) General Cemetery, Netherlands The photograph was probably taken in 1943 and was returned to his family after his death. There is a stamp on the back, 3 August 1943, and the handwritten description "aviateur disparu", missing airman. Donated by Claude David.Collection
