This memorial programme was preserved by Wing Commander P A C McDermott, DFC, DFM, formerly of 608 Squadron and 162 Squadron (Mosquitoes). He would later say that the turn-out for the service was very good and that he met up with old Pathfinder colleagues and went for drinks afterwards. As McDermott said to his son, Shaun, "Bennett was not loved by his crews, but very much admired". Inside the programme are the instructions for attendance enclosed with McDermott's tickets.Collection
