This is a handwritten copy of the letter which Jean Davidson sent to Alexander Munro Taylor's parents, probably in answer to the undated letter which Mary Taylor had sent her (Cat No: 2023.1235). 'Alex' was one of the two gunners on the Hoos crew; Jean Davidson writes that her husband had told her that Alex had short down one of the fighters who attacked the Hoos aircraft.
