This ceramic rooster and hen are actually a four-piece set. The heads of the chickens are salt and pepper shakers and can be removed where the bodies are small pitchers for sugar or cream. The tails of each colorful bird make loops to create small handles. Although the manufacturer is unknown, each is marked with a Japan sticker on their base. Both shakers have cork stoppers intact.
