British-based automobile manufacturer, MG, produced this Model TG Midget in the early 1950s. 23,488 were imported into the US from 1950-1953. These cars are equipped with an inline four-cylinder engine, four-speed transmission, 94" wheelbase, and a 12-gallon fuel tank. It can go from 0-60 mph in 18.2 seconds. Additionally, the car has ventilated steel wheels instead of solid steel wheels. An internal steel hoop under the dashboard was implemented to stop scuttle shake, which is when vibration occurs in the middle of a convertible's chassis when driven over uneven roads.
