This 1938 Packard is part of their 16th series. It is equipped with an L-head inline eight-cylinder engine that produces 130 hp. Additional features include a Stromberg carburetor, fender wells, center bumper guards, 134" wheelbase, and a 25-gallon fuel tank. Optional features were an electric clock, cigar lighter, whitewall tires, and a guest speaker mounted on the back of the driver's seat. The original price was $2,990. This car is supposedly one of seven known survivors of the original 224.
