Entry/Object ID

Description
Photograph showing the interior of a classroom in the first permanent Rancho Santa Fe school building designed by Lilian Rice. The view shows wooden student desks arranged beside a wall of tall multi-pane windows, with additional classroom furnishings visible in the background. The school formed part of the early development of Rancho Santa Fe and was in use during the 1920s. A Bunnell Photo Shop marking dated August 6, 1929 provides evidence that the print was produced or processed by that date, but does not establish the exact date the photograph was taken.
