Description
Document concerning the Rancho Santa Fe residence known as El Mirador located at 17078 El Mirador. The first page presents a promotional architectural description identifying the house as a Spanish Colonial residence attributed to Lilian Rice circa 1927, situated on four hilltop acres within the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant area and including a guest house and panoramic views. The remaining pages consist of a compiled chain of title report prepared by California Lot Book, Inc. listing recorded property transfers beginning with a grant deed from the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company recorded April 22 1930 and continuing through numerous subsequent grant deeds and quitclaim deeds documenting ownership transfers through the twentieth century and into the early twenty first century.
