The second item is a 1935 assessment statement issued by the Rancho Santa Fe Association for the second installment on property for the year ending June 30, 1936, detailing assessment rates, due and delinquency dates, lot, block, acreage, valuation, improvements, and total assessment amounts, and bearing a payment stamp dated May 9, 1936, with the treasurer identified as S.
