One (1) clear glass 1/2 pint milk or cream bottle. Square bottle with round neck-on-neck. There are 10 ridges on the rim. Rounded square corners. "Western United" raised on side of bottle. "Property of and filled by Chicago Co., Ill." and a 3 in a cirlcle on the bottom.
