Soft cover booklet (A) and loose paper insert (B). Booklet has side staple binding and yellow covers with black illustration of a building with a large flag pole. Text: "ST. MARY'S/ PASSPORT 75/ PRESENTS/ THE/ LIBRARY" reverse cover has a yellow background with black text advertisement for Bolger Realtors.
Interior has white pages with names of participants, advertisements for local businesses, and paid ads with wishes for a successful event. The Passport event was an annual fundraiser for the church with skits and short plays.
