Scope and Content

Group of one page correspondence on tan lined Knights of Columbus letterhead with envelope. Letter has writing on both sides in faded black ink. Dated May 12, 1918. Letter about meals, a new set of clothing, and the rumor of 250,000 more men being drafted. Envelope is a heavy tan paper with Knights of Columbus logo in the left corner addressed to "Miss Josephine Raupp; Arlington Heights, Ills." Postmarked May 13, 1918 from Brooklyn Upton Branch. Envelope has purple adhesive three cent stamp.
