Scope and Content

One (1) Firnbach and Raupp store receipt from September 02, 1919. Receipt recipient is August (written Aug on the reciept) Sieg and has five (5) items purchased (one (1) Bread, one (1) pound (pound sybmol written before the object) grahm or ground crackers (predictions based on the abbreviation written before crackers), one (1) pound coffee (pound symbol written before coffee), one (1) dozen (written as dz) jarrings, and one (1) paraffinn wax (spelled parowax). Aug Sieg's bill was one dollar and seventy two cents ($1.72) however Aug Sieg exchanged four and one half (4 1/2) dozen eggs at forty three cents ($0.43) each for a credit of sventy three cents ($0.73). After completing a subtraction problem near at the bottom middle of the page, Ang Sieg paid one dollar and two cents ($1.02), Receipt is rectangular, with black printed ink, and written in pencil.
