One (1) page, double sided. One side has a blue printed logo of Capital Unlimited, and "Agency of Illinois Mutual Fire Ins. Co." at the top right. "Melchior Raupp" is handwritten in top center. Under the logo, on the right half of paper, is a hand drawn map of a plot of land. There is a yellow and blue lined square with a red rectangle, smaller, above. The red space is 32 acres, the blue/yellow space is 87 and 20/100 acres. There are numbers on the borders. Above is handwritten "Plat of the W 1/2 of the E 1/2 and W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. No. Four (4) Town of Wheeling.
The other side, on the right half of the page, is handwritten "State of Illinois Cook Co., SS; P. Charles J. Brockway a dept County Surveyor do hereby that the foregoing plat is a true representation of a Survey made by me and that the same is correct.
