Scope and Content

One (1) handwritten daily for Clem P. Weidner, when he was living in Chicago. It has entries primarily from 1930-1931, but a few dates in 1929 are recorded. The cover is a hardcover with blue background and white lettering. There is a picture of a steel building on the from with "DODGE REPORTS" in the center. On the top is printed "YEAR BOOK" and bottom is "1929". Each of the pages has pre-printed dates on the top with "Dodge reports - a factor in scientific marketing" and "Minneapolis District - Construction expenditures, $108,000,000 annually" in the bottom corners, or with small handprinted map drawings or newspapers. The pages are filled with handwritten daily accounts for Clem. Weidner's life. He writes in pencil and ink primarily, with a few crayon? at times. He writes the dates, and notes work he has done, gossip, weather, news stories, etc. "1929" is printed down the spine.
