The back of the folder has green and orange text that says: "the most important single thing in our business is to fill your prescription with nationally famous fine quality pharmaceuticals. The interior of the card has three sets of foil papers that hold an assortment of sewing needles. The text suggests the package contains 70 nickel plated rustproof gold eye needles of the finest quality. It actually contains 28 needles and one needle threader. All of the needles look rusty. With handwritten ink across the front cover. "four cents."
