One (1) Firnbach and Raupp store receipt from March 5, 1919. Receipt is rectangular with black printed text and handwritten notes in pencil. The receipt is for N. Galster who bought 3 pounds cracker for $0.65, 1 gal syrup for $0.85, 2 post toasties for $0.30, 2 macaroni for $0.20, 1 paid tab for $0.10, 1 hand brush for $0.05, 2 cake fish for $0.50, 4 pounds rice for $0.60, 5 pounds sugar for $0.53. Bill total was $3.78 and is marked as paid. There is a red stamp of 49 close to the bottom. The black text is as follows, from top to bottom: "Bought of Firnbach and Raupp: Dealers in GENERAL MERCHANDISE; Buffalo Grove , Ill.; Sold to; Address; If there are any Errors in this Bill Return it at once; MC CARNEY ALLIANCE O."
