A tan leather glove without fingers and metal plate with hook on the front. Two adjustable leather straps with metal buckles to fasten the glove to the hand. Buckles are bolted to the corners of the curved triangular metal plate. Metal plate is engraved with "The Boss." Stamped text on the leather below the plate: "Boss Huskers Manufactured by the Boss MFG Company; Kewanee, Illinois."
