One (1) yellow and blue rectangle pin for "Don Ray, Int. Director, Buffalo Grove Jaycees". Front is yellow, back is blue. There is a metal clip pin to hold the pin on your shirt on the back, with one side of clip missing. There is also a gold sticker on back for "Rapid Engraving Service" in Centralia, Illinois.
