1966 Arts Festival Photograph

Photograph taken at Red Wing Arts' first Art Festival in 1966

A full-color photograph of a woman helping five children do a craft. The woman and three children are sitting on a bench and two children are standing. They are working on something on a table covered in newspapers. They are outdoors in Levee Park; the weather is sunny and there are numerous pieces of art set up behind them. Text on the back of the photo reads: "Scene from 1966 first Fall Festival in Levee Park."
