Description

The "Otis W. Douglas". A fishing vessel built in 1912 Wilmington DE for the Douglas Co. Reedville. Taken into the US Navy in 1917 designated SP313 assigned to patrol and mine sweeping. On return from France to US in 1919 after WW1 she was lost in a storm at sea.
