A local waterman who lived in Hack's Neck on the Little Wicomico River. He worked on the water for over 57 years and owned and operated "Ruby" a Chesapeake Bay deadrise work boat built by Tiffany. Peeler pot was made by Arley Richard Crabbe. He was one of the first in the area to make crab pots and taught other watermen to their own.
