Black and white photograph shows the ceremony commemorating the three millionth 105-millimeter shell produced by Regal Ware Inc. under defense contract to the ordnance department of the U. S. Army. The presentation took place on December 20, 1954. Here company president J. O. Reigle presents the shell to Col L. F. Stangel, chief of the Chicago ordnance district. The presentation took place at the Kewaskum factory, and a tour of the facility followed.Photograph Details
