Wisconsin Power & Light gas plant after it was abandoned in 1928 according to note on back. Unclear whether this was the gas plant originally started by Lightburn in 1870s. Location believed to be where Selfridge Park is now located. Also visible is grain silo on the north side of Mill Pond.
