This Letterman Jacket, with the various varsity letters, was awarded to 2019 Ripon High School Graduate Lili Alderson. The Blue O is from her freshman year, first semester, at Oshkosh West where she was a varsity athlete for wrestling. She transferred to Ripon High School in the second semester and went on to letter in cross country, wrestling, and soccer. Not only was she heavily involved in sports, but she participated in band and the forensics team while at Ripon. She also received an academic letter for excelling, academically, her junior year. Today she is a Ripon College student who continues to participate in sports. Currently she is on the Cross Country and Track and Field team.
Alderson feels that Title IX has afforded her many opportunities. Participating in sports has allowed to her to travel to places around the country that she had never been to and has helped her to gain confidence, develop a disciplined mindset, and excel in life.Lexicon
