31" x 18" WWI poster mounted on paper board. Poster sponsored by the YWCA with picture of a woman in uniform at a telephone switch-board with soldier behind her. Printing says "Back our girls over there". United War Work Campaign. Cream background with colored picture and lettering. Discolored and soiled but intact and still clear. Painted by Clarence F. Underwood. Poster probably made between 1917 and Nov. 1918.
