21" w x 20" h WWI poster on poster board. Battle ship in dock yard. Printed in sepia tones on a cream background. On picture says " c. 1918 Joseph Pennell, DEL". Also printed below the picture says "Provide the Sinews of War Buy Liberty Bonds" Dates to WWI 1918 - 1919. Discolored, edges worn and lower edge broken off but not interfering with print.
