22" x 28" World War 2 poster on white paper with picture in color of head bandaged U.S. soldier. Promotes buying of war bonds - Robert Sloan artist. Published by U.S. Govt. Printing Office in 1943. So during World War 2. Paper is yellowed and has 6 oil stains at top and bottom where putty-like substance was used for displaying. Folds into 4 sections horizontally and 2 sections vertically for mailing. Torn for about one inch down from top on fold. Picture intact.
