Names include John Steinbring, Edward Dorsch, Lester Kuehn, and Roman Zwolski. 01/2022: Add 1943 Spence Vieth ad on how to make shirts last longer. 01/2022: Album containing World War 2 photos. Warning: Graphic pictures of deceased soldiers. Believed to be Iwo Jima when hospital ship USS Samaritan was picking up wounded. Commonwealth article 12/6/1946 about GI housing area of Doty and Vermont St. Showed Mrs. Alex Sharapataon moving day. 05/2022: German P.O.W. letter dated 7/17/1948 from Kurt Kretzschmor to A.C. Burt of Ripon. References Silver Creek Canning Company. With original post-marked envelope and postcard of Crimmitschau Germany. Found it in a drawer when donor purchased W1224 Spring Grove Road. 01/2025: Add Victor W. Schultz, killed in World War 2, inducted into 35th Infantry Division Hall of Fame 9/7/2024. Includes Ripon stories told of Victor and brother growing up.
