Writing on back says: The Davison Bldg., Main St., Ripon. Built by Thomas Lindsay Davison Sr., c 1919. Showing Smart Wear Shop, owned and operated by Margaret Sclorer Davison, widow of Thos. L. Davison. 2017 Note: Question whether building was actually built in 1919 or remodeled from when it was the Armory for Co. D, late 1800s to 1919 when Auditorium opened on W. Fond du Lac
