B&W 10x8 photo of women working in "dried egg factory" in 1941. Back of photo says Donated by Rosie Wetzel. Rosie's mother, Ethel Hoffman, worked at the factory in the 1940s.Located in the former Ripon Creamery building on Jefferson St. behind the Grandview Hotel, the dehydrated eggs were produced for the Army and Navy during World War 2.
