6 inch x 40 inch paper banner, white with red and blue lettering saying "Think-Have You Bought Your Limit? Fourth Liberty Loan". "26B" in lower left corner and "Edwards & Deutsch Litho Co. Chicago" in lower right corner. Discolored and small tears on edges- no evidence that it was hung. Stored in Zobel Artifact Collection Box I in Artifact Storage Room.
