The Pahlas's have been a creative team and married couple for over 45 years. Together, through their Ripon business, Metalworks, they have collaborated on designing and fabricating pieces of wrought iron, painted steel, stainless steel and bronze. Their portfolio includes sculptures, tables, railings, light fixtures, and wall hangings for home owners, contractors, designers, churches, and individuals. Each piece they create is one of a kind and they enjoy working with each client to design and build a beautiful piece to fit each unique vision and need. The couple noted "We take much of our inspiration from nature. We combine these natural forms, with energy created by the heat of the forge or the spark of the welder. Each piece is entirely shaped by hand which adds to the energy captured. Each handmade piece holds this creative energy and shares it with the viewer."
