Description

Silver colored metal mussette used by Tripoli Shriners in Oriental band parades. 18.5" tall, 4.5" wide bell. 6 finger holes, 1 curved finger support. Mouthpiece is an off shape and has circular balls spaced along the piece. Text stamped into bell area: Pat. Apl'd For. C. 1917. Made by Frank Holtan, Elkhorn, Wis, Tripoli model with outline of sword. Text is written inside. 2. Silver colored metal mouthpiece cover 4.5"x.75" dia. 3. Silver colored metal removable top of mouthpiece cover. 1x.75"dia. Fits on top of cover. 4. Black leather horn case. Inside purple cloth. 20.5" tall x 5" dia. bell, 7" circumference. Open at bell end so horn will fit inside. 5. Bell end of hard case cover. 5.25" dia. Black leather outside. 3/16" high brass rim around case. Purple cloth inside.
