A cowbell, 5 1/2" tall, including handle. Metal shows years of use. Discolored, pitted but functional. Donor, Jack Teela believes it belonged to his grandfather, William Teela, who came to Brandon, WI from Germany, sometime before 1880 when Jack's father Robert was born. Farm was on the west side of Union St. between Congress and Thorne Streets and was named the Blackburn Farm. Cowbell possibly dates to beginning of 1900's. See Pedrick Genealogy on Teela family.
