Description

This photo depicts the front window of the Zobel Music Studios around 1928. This photograph was likely taken at the first location in the business district, where the studio was located for two years. However, by 1930, the Zobel Music Studios was advertised as being located at 603 Watson St. There were a wide variety of instruments on display at Scott St., including violins made by expert violin maker Frank P. Farvour. Edgar Zobel had charge of marketing Farvour’s violins.
