Context
Bird conservation had gained attention locally in the 1920s through the efforts of Arthur E. Steinbring and Victor Kutchin.
Back of photo says dedication by Kiwanis Club. Samuel Pedrick is speaker on stand (Ripon Kiwanis president). Writing at top with map indicates street along top edge is E. Fond du Lac and angled street is Metomen. A.E. Steinbring signature also on back.
