The banner was given to the Ripon Jaycettes when they re-chartered in 1972. The change in the wording on the banner was to reflect the change in the 1970s when all women between the ages of 18-40 could join Jaycettes. Previously, only women married to a Jaycee could be a Jaycette. The Jaycees consolidated with the Jaycettes in 1985.
