A staple-bound cookbook with brown kraft paper cover and cream colored paper pages containing eight American Dairy Kitchen tested recipes and blank pages for kitchen notes. Recipes include Cheese Crumble Apple Pie, Anadema Bread, Seafood Chowder, and Lobster Thermador. According to Sara Leeper these were not Wert family recipes. The cookbook may have been developed to include in a custom commission, though it is most commonly found in Country Prints Plowshares Kitchen Pockets wallhangings; see last image.
The cookbook cover is designed to match Country Prints’ “Country Store” gift sets packaging and brochures developed and produced in the early 1960’s; see other entries under “Branding”.Publication Details
