Name/Title

Wallhanging: Early Instruments (TK)

Description

A four-color silkscreen print depicting baroque musical instruments, six stringed and one woodwind (an early form of oboe). This design is a variant of Early Strings 254 and was likely reintroduced to the Country Prints product line after Wert’s death in January 1966. The use of the standardized “wert” signature, the © symbol, and Helvetica text on the signature lines is typical of items from this period.
