A five-screen/multiple color silkscreen print on natural linen depicting more than thirty-five tools and furnishings necessary to a well equipped early American kitchen. Items illustrated include metalware, woodware, painted tin, glass and painted pine. All are recurrent themes in Wert’s work.
This print was marketed for use as a kitchen towel, wallhanging, or table runner, and appears in the c.1953 brochure “Robert Darr Wert/Country Prints Kitchen Hangings”.
