Decorated gingerbread cookies include an angel, reindeer, a bird, a star, and a guitar.
Holiday decorations include blown glass ornaments, a Christmas tree, and green pine-boughs.
At center, a guitar symbolizes holiday music.
At lower center, a woman in a dress and apron holds a rolling pin in one hand and a wooden bowl of gingerbread cookies in the other. A baby sits in a cradle below the Christmas tree, and a young girl, also in a dress and apron, holds a gingerbread man in one hand a gingerbread star in the other.
In the lower margin, in block print, is the title, “Christmas Kitchen No. 261”. Country Prints produced at least three Christmas Kitchen wallhangings/towels.
This wallhanging is listed on the Christmas 1960 Country Prints price list. Each wallhanging included a “gay handprint envelope-mailer.”
