Name/Title
Notecard, Christmas: Twelve Days 360Description
A series of twelve dye cut notecards bearing six-color silkscreen prints on off-white linen illustrating scenes from the traditional Christmas song, “The Twelve Days of Christmas”. Inside each card is a list of the complete twelve days.
Worth noting, cards one through eight (partridge through swans-a-swimming) each give representations of the number of objects for that day. Cards eight through twelve each represent only one of the object for that day, a shorthand way of saying, “Yeah, we know how many of you there are”, and also allowing for the variances the song is known to have on days eight through twelve; see web link for song history.
